There is no limit to the number for gift
certificates you can purchase. There is a $2,500.00 USD total monthly
purchase limit for gift certificates that may be applied to some accounts.
I received a Beauty Strokes Gift
Certificate. How do I spend it?
Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise
or services offered by the Yourbeautystrokes.com. The shopping URL of
Yourbeautystrokes.com is indicated on the gift certificate. Once you
locate an item or service to purchase, enter or select the Redemption
Code.
Additional costs, such as shipping, insurance,
and taxes may be added to the total price so remember to consider this.
Any remaining costs beyond the value of the gift certificate must be paid
using a funding source such as a PayPal account balance or credit card.
Why do I have to use PayPal to
use a gift certificate?

To provide the best service and security for all our customers, PayPal
requires all gift certificate recipients without a PayPal account to
register in order to claim their gift certificate. Signing up with PayPal
is fast, free and secure
Can a gift certificate be emailed to
someone who doesn't have an email address?

No. However, you can print a gift certificate and
send it to the recipient. The recipient must have a PayPal account or sign
up for a one to redeem a Brushstrokes Gift Certificate. Do not enter a
recipient email address if you are not sure which email address the
recipient has associated with a PayPal account.
Note: Your Beauty Strokes Gift Certificates are transferable if the
recipient's email address is not printed on the gift certificate.

What is the expiration date for
gift certificates?
Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date
and must be honored until the entire face value is spent.
Are gift certificates
redeemable for cash?
Gift certificates that include an email address
are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused balances on gift
certificates are tracked by the Redemption Code for future redemptions.
Are there any fees charged to
redeem a gift certificate?
No, Gift certificate recipients do not pay
additional fees when they redeem a gift certificate.
Are Gift Certificates
available worldwide?
Yes. Gift Certificates can be purchased and
redeemed by PayPal members where the
PayPal-supported currencies are accepted.
What payment methods can be used to
purchase gift certificates?

Gift certificates can be purchased with a PayPal balance, bank account,
eCheck, or credit card.
Note: eChecks can only be used with gift
certificates that are emailed at least 4 business days from the date of
purchase. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more details.
Can I give a Gift
Certificate to anyone?

Yes, as long as your recipient is eligible to have a PayPal account. Users
must be 18 years of age or older to use PayPal. For additional
information, please refer to the
PayPal User Agreement.
Can I use my gift
certificate to purchase more gift certificates?

No. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase additional gift
certificates.

What happens if I
lose my gift certificate or it is stolen?

If a gift certificate is lost or stolen, you may still redeem it by
logging in or signing up at https://www.paypal.com/ with the email address
the gift certificate was sent to. Once logged in, you can locate the gift
certificate in the Redemption Gift Certificates and Points section
of the Profile page.
Note: If a printed gift certificate is lost or stolen, you should
contact the sender and ask them cancel the gift certificate and resend it.
If it has been more than 60 days after the purchase, contact PayPal's
customer support by clicking Contact Us.
Can I give my
gift certificate to someone else?

Gift certificates that include an email address are non-transferable and
cannot be resold. Gift certificates which are self-printed and do not
specify an email address are transferable between individuals.
Gift certificates delivered by email can only be
redeemed by the owner of that email address.
Note: If part of a gift certificate is
used, the remaining balance stays with the redemption code in the
recipient's account, is non-transferable, and can only be used to apply
toward purchases with the merchant.
What if a gift certificate is
sent to an invalid email address or an email that the recipient can
not access?

If a recipient does not receive an emailed gift certificate, the purchaser
can cancel the certificate within 60 days from the date of purchase and
resend it.
How are recipients informed that
someone has sent them gift certificates?

When a gift certificate purchaser sends a gift certificate to a valid
email address that the recipient has access to, PayPal sends the recipient
the gift certificate by email with redemption instructions.
Can I use more than one
gift certificate to purchase a single item?
Yes. Whether you have one or five gift
certificate Redemption Codes in your PayPal account, you can use some or
all of them towards a single item purchase from the merchant. Unused
balances can be applied to other purchases.
However, PayPal does not currently allow multiple
gift certificates in various currencies to be redeemed for a one-time
purchase. Please read the Terms and Conditions section of PayPal gift
certificates.
Can I redeem a printed
gift certificate if my email address is incorrect or misspelled?
No, for security reasons, gift certificates with
a specified email address are not transferable and can only be redeemed by
the owner of the email address specified by the purchaser. As with a lost
or stolen gift certificate, simply ask the purchaser to cancel the gift
certificate within 60 days and have it reissued. The only difference in
this case is that the purchaser must make sure to verify your email
address before reissuing.

Contact Us link on the PayPal website.
