Chateau Ste Michelle Cold Creek Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon - Rated 91 points and "Cellar Selection" by Wine Spectator. Cabernet from the 30 year old vineyard always delivers power, structure and rich concentrated black fruit characters. The 100% Cabernet stands up to the 69% new oak barrels with all its weight and structure. Aged for 21 months. Pair with beef, hearty pastas, veal.

Beringer Napa Sauvignon Blanc - Wonderful grapefruit, guava and melon aromas that lead into citrus and melon flavors. There is a slight grassy backnote with a hint of honey and a balanced acidity that leads into a citrus finish.

Franciscan Napa Merlot - Distinctive, supple Merlot characterized by flavors of cherries and plums. The wine shows rich, lush and velvety fruit flavors of cherries, plums and blackberries that merge with light toasted oak.
